Each hoodie is made especially for you after your order is placed. Because every piece is individually embroidered, we take the time to ensure the highest quality before it ships.

This made-to-order process helps reduce waste and allows us to create every hoodie with care instead of mass-producing inventory.

Production & Shipping

• Production Time: 10-14 business days
• Shipping Time (U.S.): 3–7 business days after production
• International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

Since each hoodie is custom made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or buyer's remorse. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll make it right.
